A CRM tracks contacts and revenue. Arcline tracks the coaching itself: goals you can score, before- and after-meeting check-ins, trust and focus, and the arc of progress over time.
No. Arcline shows plain-English names first (Goal progress, Before-session check, Trust and focus). The formal research names are optional, secondary labels.
Only the coach can set goal progress. Clients can see the scoring rules and the current status. This keeps scoring honest.
Only after the client and coach both mark a meeting complete. This decouples session fit from before-meeting mood.
It imports scheduled meetings and tracks whether each schedule change was made by the client or the coach, so commitment patterns stay visible.
